Responsibilities:
    You are responsible for handling customer support calls.
    Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
    Arrange service engineer to attend breakdown and to set instrument right.
    Ensure proper planning of service engineers.
    Ensure required documentation along with dispatches or as necessary as per customer requirement.
    Responsible for Service related revenue generation. Preparing quotations of materials while servicing of machines and handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
