· Greet customers warmly & asking what they want to buy.

· Giving information about other products and services.

· Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Responsible for Achieving 100%   Sales target.

· Maintaining records by collecting customer information.

· Managing incoming phone calls.

· Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

· Answering customer’s query.

· BTL Activity in catchment area.

· PR with Customers.
