Network Support Engineer

The role is responsibility for network analysis, technology support, client support. The resource will be required to provide top level support for any network issues ranging from implementation of new networks, troubleshooting outages for local and remote networks.

1~2 year’s implementation experience in Data Networking & Network Security and deployment.

Understanding of networking protocols.

Technical or College Degree in Information Technology, and/or advanced networking certifications.

Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools Solid understanding of network & security technologies:

•     Hands-on network configuration experience with Cisco, Fortinet  etc.

•     Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources.

•     Understanding of Cisco Routing and Switch / Data networking skill, including DHCP, QoS, IP routing protocols.

•     Designing and maintaining the firewall infrastructure

•     Provisioning firewalls, based on consultation with customer

•     Providing on-going support

•     Troubleshooting firewall infrastructure problems

Troubleshooting firewall related problems as reported by customers
