Senior Legal Advisor

· Candidate must have experience in Real Estate Industry

· Drafting and vetting of all sorts of legal documents / Deeds required in the construction sector, conveyancing, registration of documents, all types of agreements / Contracts etc.

Should possess good knowledge with respect to the provisions of transfer of property act / the contracts act / registration act / Indian and Maharashtra stamp Act / RERA / consumer protection act / Maharashtra state Co-operative Society Act etc.

Relevant experience in handling both litigation and non-litigation management for RERA compliance and RERA cases, consumer cases and liasoning with the cooperative department for establishment of co-operative housing societies, conveyance in favor of societies etc
