Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team to achieve performance targets and goals.
Provide guidance and support to team members for professional development.
Monitor and assess individual and team performance through regular feedback and performance reviews.
Collaborate with management to implement strategies for team improvement.
Foster a positive team culture, encouraging open communication and collaboration.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures within the team.

Requirements:
