Sr.Production Engineer

Our organization is seeking a dynamic Production Manager to ensure that the plant activities align with our business objectives.

The ideal candidate will oversee and optimize the entire production process, ensuring efficiency, quality output, introduce and implement systems, and resolve manufacturing related issues.

Responsibilities include managing plant operations, coordinating with production supervisors/line leaders, implementing process improvements, and maintaining production schedules.

The role demands strong leadership and communication skills, technical proficiency, and a proven track record in a managerial role.

Desired Characteristic:

• An individual with proven leadership skills, supervision, a strategic mindset, and comprehensive understanding of plant operations.
• Prior knowledge of Cost optimization techniques, Plant maintenance, Preventive / Predictive maintenance, TPM, Six sigma, 5S, TQM, Lean management, Modernization of existing plants, Process Improvements/process re-engineering, Layout change/re-design, etc will be given preference.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills contribute to a collaborative work environment, and effective task prioritization and documentation management ensure smooth plant operations.
