Role & responsibilities

  • Screening and sourcing relevant profiles for required position.
  • End to end recruitment.
  • Stakeholder management.
  • Maintain team reports & client requirements reports properly.
  • Building the organization in terms of client base and client delivery services to develop the organization as profit / revenue generation Centre.
  • Achieving joiner target.
  • Vendor Management.
  • Own the delivery of recruitment projects allocated to you and your team
  • Work as SPOC for client and fulfilling their hiring mandates. Coordinate with clients and ensure their high level of satisfaction.
  • Procuring assignments with clarity in terms of scope of work, deliverables and quick turnaround to conversion
  • Strong rapport with Senior HR and Talent Acquisition people in the industry working with other companies who can consistently give business.
  • Strong exposure of New and existing business development to churn repeat business from key accounts
  • Adherence to TAT / SLA with client for hiring.
  • Must have managed hiring for Ramps, Batch wise hiring.
  • Should be well versed with stakeholder management, Data presentation, escalation management.
  • Strong awareness on portals/recruitment process
  • Ensure timely closure of positions.
