Senior HR Executive - Manufacturing

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Strategic HR Leadership:*
   - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
   - Collaborate with senior management to design and execute talent management programs to attract, develop, and retain top talent.

2. *Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:*
   - Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and selection.
   - Build relationships with educational institutions and industry networks to create a talent pipeline.

3. *Employee Relations:*
   - Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns and grievances effectively.
   - Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

4. *Performance Management:*
   - Implement performance management systems to assess employee performance, provide feedback, and develop improvement plans.
   - Conduct regular performance reviews and facilitate individual development plans.

5. *Training & Development:*
   - Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, particularly in manufacturing processes and safety standards.
   - Identify training needs and work to establish career progression pathways for employees.

6. *Compensation & Benefits:*
   - Analyze and optimize the company’s compensation and benefits structure to ensure it is competitive and aligned with industry standards.
   - Manage employee benefits administration and promote wellness programs.

7. *HR Policies & Compliance:*
   - Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
   - Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is accurate and up to date.

8. *Data-driven Decision Making:*
   - Utilize HR metrics and analytics to monitor trends and improve HR practices.
   - Prepare reports on HR metrics for senior leadership to inform strategic decisions.

9. *Safety and Compliance:*
   - Collaborate with safety teams to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
   - Promote a culture of safety and awareness within the workforce.
